Your Club has engaged All Sports Apparel (ASA) to supply on-field and off-field gear as well as supporter gear and general merchandise.
This online shop is maintained and managed by ASA, under instruction from your Club.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
By providing us with personal information indicates that you have had sufficient opportunity to access this Policy and that you have read and accepted it. If you do not wish to provide personal information to us, then you do not have to do so, however it may affect your use of this website or any products and services offered by us.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This information is ONLY used to facilitate your order.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the Stripe payment gateway to process your transaction. We pass only card information so payment can be authorised and processed.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied in our product (this does not include incorrect sizing) you may be entitled to a refund providing the product is returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, bagged and with any tags still attached) with receipt of purchase within (7) seven days from delivery.
All return postage costs including re-posting costs to be covered by you.
To initiate a return, you must first contact ASA within 7 days of delivery and indicate a reason for your return and your preferred solution: refund or exchange. Contact us by “reply” to you order confirmation email.
Customised Items
Any item that has been personalised (such as name and/or number on a jersey) is not available for refund or exchange.
Incorrect or Faulty Goods
We have a stringent level of quality control and inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exceptional quality standards. In the instance you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and a refund or exchange.
STOCK
All items offered online are available at the time of activation. Every effort is made by ASA to accurately display availability of items, however due to unforeseen circumstances some items may not available at time of purchase. Please note that if an item is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible, and delivery may be delayed if a replacement item is selected. If ASA is unable to supply a suitable alternative or an option in a suitable timeframe then the cost of the item will be refunded.
REFUND POLICY
All Sports Apparel (ASA) is committed to making sure your direct and online shopping experience is seamless – we believe in customer satisfaction.
For all online purchases (excluding clearance items) if you are not satisfied in our product (this does not include incorrect sizing) you may be entitled to a refund providing the product is returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, bagged and with the tags still attached) with receipt of purchase within (7) seven days from delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
To initiate a return or refund, you must first contact our online customer service team within 7 days of delivery and indicate a reason for your return and your preferred solution: return, exchange or refund.
We only accept returns if the merchandise is in saleable condition, that is it is unworn or unused with all original sealed packaging and tags attached.
You will need your Order Ref Number which is found on the invoice e.g. Order # 2584.
Note: for incorrect sizing, only an exchange accepted if requested within the 7 day period.
We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased that are the incorrect size.
Size charts are available within the navigation bar on the homepage.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders apply to all bespoke contracts executed between ASA and the customer/club directly. ASA is unable to accept returns, refund or exchange items that have undergone customisation, including application of embroidered or heat transfer logos, unless they have been found defective after a detailed assessment by ASA.
Please choose your customisation details carefully and retain a copy of your confirmation notice for future reference. All custom orders executed between ASA and consumer are to be formally approved via signature before production begins. If it is found that we have incorrectly customised your item/s contrary to your instructions and signed confirmation notice, ASA will offer a refund or remake the order.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
We have a stringent level of quality control and inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exceptional quality standards. In the instance you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and a refund or exchange.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items sold online, are non-refundable and not exchangeable, unless the product is faulty or otherwise meets the requirements as outlined by the ACCC for us to do so. Change of mind is not a valid reason, so please use our size chart to help with your online purchase. Sale items do not apply to custom orders.
STOCK
All items offered online are available at the time of activation. Every effort is made by ASA to accurately display correct quantities, however due to unforeseen circumstances some items may not available at time of purchase. An ASA staff member will contact you directly via email to advise if there is any problem with stock availability. Please note that if an item is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible, and delivery may be delayed if a replacement item is selected.
